So Why Did We Start This Thing, And What Did We Do Before?

Years ago my wife and I met while we were working at OutboundEngine helping small businesses get their operations together. We talk all the time about how much we enjoyed those years!

It's not uncommon for date night to be filled with stories about our adventures and misadventures with all of those eccentric colleagues from back in the day... many of which are best not repeated here, or maybe not anywhere!

Alas, all good things come to an end.

I left and went to Qualia, Contentful, and a bunch of other great companies where I got really good at scaling and building revenue teams. I sat at the feet of some of the smartest people in the business. People like Scott Leese, Nate Baker, Matt Kaufman, Claire Morris Dunham, Pete Cowing, and many more.

I could list dozens of friends and mentors here.

And me and Keenan?

We had a whole bunch of kids together and built a pretty amazing life. Keenan moved back to freelance work, but mostly she was focused on raising our kids and doing a really good job of it.

But you know what?

It's time to get the band back together and we couldn't be more excited about it!

So what are we doing now?

Grow512 helps local businesses set up and run the systems behind their revenue. Things like lead follow-up, scheduling, and marketing. Simple stuff like automated review requests, complicated stuff like advanced sales funnels and lead generation engines.

Most owners don't have the time, so we do it for them. And the best part is we're starting out right in our backyard in beautiful Georgetown, TX.

Our whole business model is hands-on work with our neighbors.

No faceless AI agents, lazy prompt lists, or unaccountable off-shore keyboard jockeys here. We live next door and we know how to help, that's all there is to it!
